I picked up a trellis from H Potter, and it’s been really easy to keep up with so far. We had some rain the other day, so I gave it a quick wipe down afterward, and it still looks great. I was actually outside longer than planned because I got distracted checking on my herbs, which are somehow both thriving and struggling at the same time. Anyway, the trellis feels sturdy and well made, not like something I’m going to have to constantly adjust or babysit. Really happy with it.

The site itself was fine and easy to use, but a couple of the things I actually wanted weren’t in stock. I had to come back and check again later, which was a little frustrating. It’s not even about having everything available all the time, it’s more that I wish it was clearer when stuff would be back. Overall not a bad experience, just kind of annoying...

I ordered this garden stand after reading the description, but the measurements and finish weren’t really what I expected. It does still work, but it’s not exactly as described, and I had to mess around with it to make it fit. The timing was especially annoying because I needed it set up right away, so dealing with the extra hassle was frustrating

I ordered from hpotter.com, the item itself was fine, I guess. But the packaging wasn’t really great. The box showed up kind of crushed on one side, and there wasn’t much padding inside to protect it. Nothing was actually broken, thankfully, but there were a few small scratches that I’m sure happened during shipping. For what I paid, I just expected it to be packed a bit more carefully. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wouldn’t exactly call it a good one either

The products looked really nice, but I don’t know why the website made ordering feel so annoying. My cart kept acting weird, and checkout took longer than it should have. I did finally get my order through, but the whole process just wasn’t very smooth. I’m not sure I’d order online again

i mean, overall I’m happy with this trellis from hpotter. The size was pretty much what I expected based on the listing, and it fit nicely in the spot by my patio. I did end up moving a planter over a little to make everything look balanced, but that wasn’t a big deal. I’m giving it 4 stars because the measurements were mostly clear, but I do wish there had been one more photo to show the scale better.

I ordered this from hpotter.com it was way heavier than I thought it’d be. Trying to move it around was such a pain, like seriously not practical for me at all. I really wish the weight had been made more obvious before I bought it. Kinda bummed and not happy with it.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the metal feels really solid in person. It has a nice sturdy feel to it, and so far it hasn’t shown any signs of rust. Definitely feels more durable than I thought it would.

I bought this H Potter garden trellis because I wanted something that would look nice in the yard and give my plants a little support, and visually, it really does look good once it’s in place. It has a nice style to it and doesn’t look cheap from a distance, which was one of the main things I cared about since it’s sitting where you can actually see it from the patio.

It does the job and I’m not worried about any updates or anything, but for what I was charged, I expected it to feel a lot sturdier. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The metalwork has this old garden vibe that looks really classy, not flimsy or cheap at all. the whole piece gives off a quality feel, and I’m really happy with how it looks outside.

It turned out okay once I finally got it built, but putting it together was more frustrating than I expected. I kept assuming the parts would line up the way they seemed to in the pictures, but a few of the holes were just slightly off, which made things annoying. The instructions also weren’t super clear, so I had to guess a bit based on the pattern of how the pieces looked like they should fit. It’s usable in the end, just not the smoothest assembly experience

I was surprised by how fast the refund came through. It was hassle-free, and I really appreciated the "quick" turnaround.
